At Nirohitaa Foundation, every donation made through our website directly supports our charitable initiatives, including child education, food distribution, clothes donation, birthday celebrations, and community welfare programs. We deeply value your generosity and strive to maintain complete transparency in all financial transactions.

Donations

All donations made to Nirohitaa Foundation are considered voluntary contributions made to support our charitable mission. Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is generally treated as final and non-refundable.

Refund Requests

If you believe your donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed incorrectly, you may request a refund by contacting us within 7 days of the transaction.

To help us review your request, please provide:

• Donor Name
• Registered Email Address
• Phone Number
• Date of Donation
• Transaction ID or Payment Reference Number
• Donation Amount
• Reason for the refund request

Refund Process

Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the request is found to be valid and eligible, the refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation Policy

As donations are processed immediately to support ongoing charitable activities, donations cannot be cancelled once successfully completed. If you experience any issues during the payment process or believe an incorrect amount has been charged, please contact us promptly for assistance.
